For some it is pure racism, thinking that a woman is some how “destroyed” if she were involved with a black man. Oh and the cock insecurity thing.
Also the flip side of the coin are men who have a fascination with their women sleeping with women, some even racist who get off seeing white women with black men. It angers and turns them on.
For me my woman having been with a black man makes no more difference than any other man. Guys who have deep seated issue with black men, cocks, and white women weird me out.

I don’t really agree. Because someone might actually believe the person saying they aren’t racist, and actually convinced themselves that they also “aren’t racist” for believing the same things. Having someone admit they are racist takes that fig leaf away.
I think it depends on whether the “I’m racist!” person is defiant (“Racism is bad but I’ll be racist anyway!”,) or actually, sincerely believes racism to be a good and noble thing. The latter type is significantly more dangerous, IMHO.
