Suppose I ended up in a threesome with a mother and daughter. We are all legal adults. I am not related by blood or marriage to either. No one has been found mentally incompetent or anything like that.
Are there any places out there where I might end up being convicted of something like, “conspiracy to commit incest” or maybe “aiding and abetting incest”?
Places where sex among ANY three people might result in a criminal conviction?
Cam anyone give me cites for either legislation or criminal codes on these subjects?
I imagine a mother and daughter having sex is illegal in the US somehow by mere fact that they are 2 women. But of course all reasonable atheist moral limitations aside (they’re mother and daughter! hire a pair of strippers instead or something!) I imagine incest is against the law, and you would be involved in it, so probably aiding the process, lol.
My opinion is in no way educated, just my 2 cents.
It couldn’t be incest unless the OP was related by blood to either the mother of the daughter. it could be incest for the two women, but only if they had intimate contact with each other during the 3-way. I’m no lawyer, this is just a WAG too, but it seems logical.
I think Gene Simmons mentions doing this in “Kiss and Makeup.”

I’d known them both since the daughter was three – and she was only fifteen at the time it came up. (Which is legal here, but still waaaaaaaaay too young for me.)

Yes, of course it would be real sad if Mom and Daughter get dragged off to jail for incest or sodomy, but I’m concerned with MY legal status.
But I will throw in another caveat – no butts. I don’t sodomize either of them. So we can take that off the table as far as my legal liability goes.
As far as the question on “proving it”, let’s just say it was somehow videotaped in a legal manner. No one disputes the facts.
Come to think of it, there are a couple of identical twins, whose names I can’r recall, that do porn films together. I wonder if they’ve talked to a lawyer about this?
