Ohioans have to sign a thing and show ID to buy Sudafed now. I live in a rural location and often leave my car unlocked when I’m at home. I left the box of Sudafed in the car.
If someone had stolen the Sudafed (which they didn’t), did they commit a worse crime than the $3.50 it cost me (generic)? And would I be guilty of not securing a controlled substance?
