Actually, anya marie was the one who resurrected it. Aphthartadocetist 's post was the last made before the thread slipped into oblivion in July. 
Oh, sorry. But now the resurrection makes even less sense.

The stupid waitress at the restaurant I was at last night… This ho was wearing a butt-revealing short black skirt, heels, and a white-with-black-pattern top that showed off about three inches of midriff and which exposed her cleavage to boot. My dining companion remarked that said ho’s outfit might have been acceptable on a cocktail waitress. At a very fancy club.
A bit of background : It’s a classy joint. Not too formal, it’s in a college town. Usual server clothes are pants and shirt.
What was this gal thinking? I had some bizarre urge to lend her a coat. “Honey, it’s cold out. You aren’t dressed very warmly…”
