"If you feed your FICA/O you're not a faker?"

I saw a commercial that said something like “If you feed your fica you’re not a faker.” Sorry that’s al I caught. But WTF!? Is this referring to FICA or FICO? And in either case, what’s the explanation?

"If you feed your FICA, you’re not a faker” is an actual quote from a disability lawyer advertisement.

http://www.ssa.gov/mystatement/fica.htm explains FICA: Federal Insurance Contributions Act

Possible meaning from the ad: Hey, you paid into this fund, so don’t hesitate to try to get your money. You’re not a faker, and I am here to help you get your money from this fund. People are often required to seek legal help when trying to get disability payments, and are often questioned about the need/justification. Don’t hesitate, because you paid into this, and I will show you are not a faker!

Personal experience: The few people I know that wanted to collect disability needed multiple applications and needed legal help. One was legally blind. It is my understanding that anyone inquiring about disability suddenly realizes there is a decent chance they will need legal help.
