Good thing the other 3 categories were relatively easy, because Purple was hard. And stupid.
I only got purple because I said “No way these words fit with anything else; they must be some sort of wordplay or another”, but I had no idea what it was.
And I got distracted by the rappers.

Purple was scary leftovers. Yet again I thought blue was blindingly obvious and had to be yellow. My brain is obviously not on the same wavelength as the puzzle creator.
Friday! It’s a day off work. I avoided the red herring, and did pretty well. I didn’t get Blue at all, I think the puzzle-setter has been on an alcohol binge this week.

Pretty straightforward.
I failed Friday, and I can see why. Two different red herrings (Toms and Caribbean), and I knew zero of the four blues.
Glad to see that I wasn’t the only person who fell for this one. But after this failure, I managed to persevere, even though I had no clue that there was such a thing as a zombie glass.
I didn’t even see the red herring today. There was a good one in yesterday’s catfishing, though.

Tried for the reverse rainbow with clues I thought were leftovers. Then went for the yellow which I thought was a red herring. Followed a true red herring

Then I already knew blue and most of purple so I was able to figure out green which let me solve the rest.
