I have to admit though the Quimby in my user name is not a reference to Diamond Joe. The nickname actually predates the Simpsons (I am old).

This puzzle often gives me trouble, but today’s seemed very easy.
I laughed out loud.
Then I hit shuffle and got down to business. Not too tough today, I thought. Green, yellow, blue, purple; no mistakes.
I found purple before yellow. There was obviously something up with the purple words.
Blue, green, yellow, purple. Didn’t get purple at all.
Yeah, once again my young daughter got the purples right off the bat. Sometimes it helps to read with the eyes of an eleven-year-old.
Gruesome. I’ll use my own eyes, it would be less messy.
But then you won’t be able to get purple right away.
Looks like right now my purple first batting average is 15% (they added that to the stats page a few weeks ago).

Yellow, purple, blue, green today. I thought yellow and purple were easy but then had a lot of trouble with the last two. I had to run through a lot of crazy options before I got blue.
