If you saw Bond...was Halle Berry as horrible as I expect she was?

Gotta agree with you there. Did they get the original Star Trek effects crew involved with this movie?

The second surfing sequence has to have the most truly awful, pathetic and unrealistic CGI effects ever released in a big budget movie. I laughed at that sequence when I was supposed to be in awe of it.

As for the story; incomprehensible drivel (nothing new for a Bond movie there and didn’t bother me too much). Liked the villain with the diamonds. WTF is up with that car; invisible? Puhlease.
Quite liked Halle Berry as Jinx and Brosnan as Bond.

What I couldn’t figure out is why Zao’s doctor didn’t start out by saying, “Okay, ten minutes, a pair of tweezers, and some betadine ointment and you will not only be able to get through customs easier, you’ll be able to pay for the rest of your treatments!”

As for Halle, she was pretty darn good-lookin’, and demonstrating the value of the miracle which is the WonderBra Bikini. W00t.
