If you were more talented/ambitious...

Frank Lloyd Wright – the good and the bad parts
Charles Bukowski – the good and the bad parts
Enzo Anselmo Ferrari

I sometimes wonder if Bernie would have gotten anywhere without having Sir Elton as his delivery boy.

My “talents” lie in the adaptation of the hard work of other people and writing to specific styles, so I’d probably be a staff writer or one of those guys who punches up rough drafts, rather than a celebrity.

Maybe Weird Al, as I enjoy song parodies and playing with words.

Well, I’d have learned to play my guitar, instead of strumming it badly. My voice would have to be better (my daughter’s first complete sentence was “Stop singing, Daddy!”), and few more intermediate steps, and then I’d be:
James Taylor

I would be Heraclitus, first to teach creative thinking.

If I was more dedicated, I might have had a career like Galen Rowell or David Breashears. If I was a lot more dedicated (and a little crazy), I might have ended up like Mike Fay.

Lacking that drive and talent, I’m reasonably content to spend as much time in the outdoors with my camera as possible.
