What’s with making all that noise when a person yawns, anyway? There’s a guy at work who sounds like a siren when he yawns.

I had a high school history teacher who would yawn while he was lecturing… and keep on talking through the yawn! I hated that! I don’t need to see your uvula while you’re trying to tell me about the Battle of Gettysburg!
I guess the teacher was as bored with the subject as I was at the time…
