Ignorant Tits who don't live up to their obligations

Well, there are plans that are testing those waters. The pay-as-go plans sell functional but gizmo-lean phones. I was on a pay-as-you-go plan and cut my monthly cost by 3. I lost my phone and picked up another one with plenty of bells and whistles for under $100 with no obligation. In the USA they go by the names Moble and Tracfone.

The nice thing about that situation was, when I got a new job which came with a corporate phone, I could immediately port my number to the corporate plan with no penalties.

BTW -note to essel, while I’m enjoying chewing on you for your whining I’m glad that your success is driven by your efforts to give your customers the best that is offered. Kudos to you, butthead

The OP is in the U.K. where the mobile phone market is cutthroat. If people want to buy a mobile then they can. We have PAYG too. But the usual way is to have a contract such as the OP sells. But he may be missing a trick: can he not sell them an upgrade? Further, if his customers are getting bored after 9 months, then he should sell them 9 month contracts.
