May I recommend the CD Dreamland to speed you on your way to “Morningtown”? It was recoomended to me right here on SDMB, and carries with it a warning not to listen to it while driving.

The CD is copyright 1991 by World Disc Music Nature Recordings, and its Title is Dreamland, Music for Deep Relaxation and Sleep. The music is by Scott Fitzgerald with environmental recordings by Richard Hooper.
I found my copy on half.com, and I sure do love it.
