Gfactor, I would respectfully suggest that the thread on dangerous interactions between legal and illegal drugs should not have been closed. The FAQ on the Straight Dope Rules seems to indicate that a question about illegal/legal drug interactions would be okay. As originally posed by CK Dexter Haven:

IANAM (I Am Not A Moderator), but it seems to be both within the letter of the rules, and something the mods should permit from a policy standpoint. I mean, if (hypothetically), taking Tylenol while using LSD makes your liver explode, and a Doper Doc knows that, don’t we want the OP to know this? Drugs may or may not be “bad”, but I think we can all agree that knowledge about especially dangerous uses of drugs is a good thing - and that’s all the OP is asking for.
