Throughout Illinois one will see these billboards for the Illinois Lottery saying “Guess who plays instant games?” and will show a famous face. Generally they’re either people from Illinois (example: David Schwimmer) or from an Illinois sports team (example: Michael Jordan).
There’s one face I don’t recognize. It’s a middle-aged man with stern features and a goatee. I know I’ve seen him before but I can’t think of his name. I want to say Hector Elizando, but I know that’s not right.
Has anybody else from Illinois seen this billboard? Who is this guy?
