Basically, it’s evidence in the genomes of different organisms that can be used to determine, with a very high degree of confidence, that those organisms share a common ancestor.
It’s exactly the same technique as has been used to analyse ancient manuscripts (including Biblical ones) to determine, for any given set of similar manuscripts, which is a copy of which (and thus, which is the earliest).
But if what the chart and the figures show is that the rise in the crime rate and the (supposed) putting of evolution into the curriculum in 1960 aren’t correlated with each other, then it shows that your hypothesis is false. Evolution didn’t disappear from the curriculum in 1990. Your hypothesis would claim that they are correlated all the time, and they clearly aren’t. There are other problems with your hypothesis. Evolution wasn’t suddenly put into the curriculum in 1960. It had been there for a long time. Furthermore, why would the entry of evolution into the curriculum immediately affect the crime rate? If studying evolution causes children to become criminals, you would expect that it would take a few years for them to graduate and become criminals.
Either find statistics that show that crime is correlated with the entry of evolution in the school curriculum or admit that you’re wrong about that.

So you see, your notion that evolution being introduced in textbooks is what lead to increased crime in the United States is laughable.

There were plenty of intelligent design controversies in recent years, and last year the biggest school book purchasing association (based in Texas, which is not the most science-friendly state) wanted a book that was more friendly to creationist nonsense.
Ain’t democracy great? People who want to have their kids ignorant have plenty of ways to do so (and they’re doing it by weakening science education for everyone, not just by homeschooling ).
This is the thing that always drives me nuts about conspiracy theories. So far, we have the textbook manufacturers, several presidents, school districts around the globe, individual teachers and administrators, 9/11 airline pilots, military personnel, WW2-era pearl harbor survivors, the entire government of Japan, the illuminati and the masons, scientists, “evolutionists,” Jews, Muslims, the papacy, and probably many, many more, and all of them are involved in a centuries-spanning global conspiracy to hide the truth of Jesus and creationism.
They’re doing such an amazing job that not once have any of the hundreds of millions of people involved accidentally let slip enough evidence to conclusively prove their existence, while simultaneously doing such a shitty job that a large chunk of the world still believes in evolution. This isn’t even counting the “half jobs” they’ve done, where even more people believe in both Jesus AND evolution.

Definitely easier to understand. Can I break it down for you to make sure I’ve got it right:
Evolution is contrary to the Bible;
Therefore evolution must be wrong;
Therefore the theory of evolution must have been invented and promoted by the Illuminati.
Um! There seem to be some gaps in your reasoning here. Could you fill them in? Maybe try just one. Even if you take the Bible as gospel (Ha!) how does your belief that evolution is incorrect lead to the conclusion that it is the work of a group called the Illuminati? Can you show any evidence (not statements of belief) that such a group exist or give any concrete way a supposed small and secret group could go about pushing a false theory?
