I'm at your nationality's restaurant. What should I get?

Chinese:
Peking Duck
BBQ Pork

New Orleans:

Muffaletta
Oyster Poboy (must have fresh New Orleans bread)
Crawfish Etoufee
Boudin Balls

Answering for Mrs Iggy, Colombian: Bandeja Paisa (chincharron, beans, rice, egg, fried plantain, arepa served with a slice of avocado)

Based upon my nationality, American (S Carollina): Frogmore stew, shrimp and grits, boiled peanuts, and peaches

Based on my residence, Cayman: Turtle stew, conch ceviche, escovitch fish, calaloo, breadfruit, and cassava cake

How about a little cross section of Canada:
Poached Ontario pear salad with dandelion greens, cranberries, and wild rice with a rhubarb strawberry vinaigrette to start. Chilled Pelee Island Gewurztraminer in the glass.
Main would be rare buffalo sirloin, grilled with Montreal steak spice and topped with garlic maple butter with a side of mashed PEI potatoes, aged Oka cheese and horseradish. Sides would be fiddle heads and wild mushrooms sauteed in shallots and a nice Okanagan pinot noir. Big Rock Traditional Ale as a beverage.
Dessert would be a dish of Chapman’s vanilla ice cream and fresh field berries (raspberries, blackberries, and saskatoons). With a glass or two of Sortilege maple liqueur and/or Glen Breton to finish it off.

Of course, if you aren’t that hungry, we’ll run by Tim Horton’s for a maple dip and a double double.

I’ll go with Pennsylvania German, so I guess scrapple and spaetzle. And a Lebanon Bologna sandwich on the side.

Well, besides my culture, there’s the menu from the city of my birth:

A steak sandwich. With or without cheese. With or without onions.
Or some kind of hoagie
Black Cherry Soda
A soft pretzel
Tastykakes
