Thanks for the paper route info. I think I’ll give my newspaper a call and look into it more. I’m an earlybird, so the getting up part wouldn’t be too bad. Mostly, it’s the Wisconsin weather that’s holding me back. Yeesh, we have some extremely crisp mornings around here!

But the margaritas? I don’t think anyone around here even drinks. We’re a pretty sober bunch. But even you could find an actual taker, who would drink whilst posting? NO ONE! That’s who!

Well, I never did serve booze to my students when I taught, although it was almighty tempting on occasion. And on more than one occasion, I suggested a margarita night for teachers, but I worked with a bunch of fuddy duddies, so they ya go.
I’m always up for some frozen, fruity, frothy drink, though. MmmHMMM, yes.
Todd, my love, thank you for the cyber hug. I nearly forgot to appreciate you there for a second, and we can’t have that! (Why don’t we have a kissy smiley?) Such a good man.
indecisive1, it occurred to me today that I forgot to list, “Oh yeah, and the weather can suck” in my list of not-so-greats about the paper route. I tend to keep the heat on high and the windows down, dress in layers of tees and sweatshirts and sweaters, and wear a hat when it’s cold. I’ve found that as long as it stays about 0 degrees F, I’m pretty okay. When it gets below, oh, -11 or so, I start to really feel it, and I have to spend some quality time with an electric blanket when I get home.
Rain is the worst, though. I HATE being soggy.
