5 weeks travelling around western Europe and Morocco do not give one much time for the Dope.
Being a lazy sort of person, I thought I could ask you guys to fill me in on the board gossip, rather than trawling through it myself.

As for board gossip:
Euty is on hiatus from his Mod duties, Manny is resigning and we have a new Mod by the name of xash.
Some other stuff happened too, but I’m thinking about the sunbathing photos so much I can’t remember what.
Hey! Good to see you back. Here are some developments:
We set up a new board for Irish/UK dopers: NADS.
There’s 2 new catch phrases: “I burning your dog” (from an incoherent OP in the Pit, still visible I think) and “1920s style ray guns” (from a triple-post in a GQ about scalar weapons).
Some people got banned (including Tarantula, the embarrassment to Ireland, though he had his funny moments).
That’s about it.

What’s the gossip from Europe? I see by your safe return you didn’t get sold for camels in Morocco then. 
You missed a load of partisan bickering about lots of subjects. The usual. Nothing to panic about.

The gossip from Europe is that eating fruit in Morocco is a bad idea, Bongo drums should be banned from campsites and that it’s much more fun surviving on 15 euros a day in Amsterdam than anywhere else I can think of.
I’m absolutely wrecked, still havn’t caught up on my sleep, and I spent the afternoon entertaining 4 kids ranging from 8 years to 2 months, so I’m still well behind on the Doping, but I’ll catch up eventually.

Coldfire took a bath and became really nice.
tomndebb, Triskadecamus, RTFirefly, Siege and Polycarp were banned for being bad Christians.
handy’s post count was reset to zero.
Uekte got first place in the “most beloved doper” contest, placing second behind Serlin.
december switched to the Democratic party.
