Okay, it’s mundane and pointless to share this, but I like sharing good news with friends.
It looks like I’m going to be working outside the home again after a nine month hiatus. I start Monday as a QA lab person for a pharmaceutical company just outside of town.
I’m looking forward to it (talking to adults again, not being flat broke) but still a bit nervous. My son will be going to day care at a friend’s house, and he seems to be entranced by all the other little people there.

Congratulations! Maybe I’m a little slow, but I still don’t understand. You’re working for food? Were you holding a sign by the side of the road when they hired you?
Or are you vaccinating the food? I didnt know food could be vaccinated.
Hee hee…I sort of doubt it, dear. I’ll be doing vaccines only. But I do get reimbursed for any human medicines that the company makes that my household uses.
Arnold, it’s me that’s a little slow tonight! I’ll be working on vaccines for food animals (like chickens and cows) and companion animals (horses, dogs, cats, etc.)
Thanks for the warm wishes, folks!
