Yay! I’m finally 18, as of today! About two weeks ago, I graduated from High School, and got to send out all the oh-so-fun graduation announcements. Today, we’re having a combination birthday party/graduation party. I truly am highly excited I finally got to leave High School for-freaking-ever. Now I’m off to college (Willamette University), to start my wonderful career as an “undecided”. Hopefully college will be far better than High School.
'Grats to you.
Only one thing to do now…
Go to a convienience store and buy the following:
One (1) Porno Mag
One (1) Cigar
One (1) Lotto Ticket
Then proceed to smoke stogee while scratching ticket and flipping through porno mag. Aww yeah!
Speaking as an almost-eighteen-year-old:
College rules. Even bad colleges are better than High School. Congratulations and good luck.
Congratulations!

Don’t forget to register for the draft. It’s the law.

Approximate English Translation of Above:

Finally 18, eh? Must feel really nice! I hope you have a great birthday, and a terrific time at the party tonight… sounds like lots of fun! Take care of yourself!

Damn, beat me by a month and a half. Now fire up that cigar, scratch that lotto ticket and, um, read the fine articles in Playboy ;).
Willamette?! Bah!
(Linfield grad. ;))
Congrats!
Thank you everyone! I actually did follow through with part of the reccomendations, as a cousin gave me $10 worth of lottery tickets (and I beat the odds by winning $4!) I really have no interest in smoking right now though, simply because I can barely stand campfires most of the time.
I loved the party. We invited lots of friends from church, and some relatives from out of state. Lots of food, cake, everyone had a good time, and I got to play with a cute baby.
I know what I’ll be doing tomorrow, and it’s necessary, though not fun. It involves thank-you notes, registering for the draft and voting. Ah well, got to get it out of the way ASAP. Thanks for the good wishes!
Happy Birthday!!
I’ve just finished my first semester of uni, and it’s sooooo much better in all ways than high school.
