So it became official today…I’m getting my own store. Well, not MY own store, because it’s owned by the corporation, but I get to be in charge of my own. One of the downtown stores was just hit pretty hard by an inside attack, so that general manager’s out. Bill, who runs the full service a few blocks over, is taking over the downtown store, and I’m taking the full service. It’s an incredibly slow store, they do about a third of the business my current store does. While most Sbarros’ are in food courts, this store’s an independent location, with a full dining room. As of tomorrow, I’m the general manager of store 456…congratulate me!

I always wanted my own food store, but I’m sure it would just make me fat, not rich. Happened to Aunt Madge. But then, her’s was a chocolate shop.
