Thanks to someone’s mistake at Alitalia, it looks like I’m off to Cyprus for three days in June (someone loaded what should have been a 3900.00CAD fare into the reservation system for 39.00CAD). I also have 2 days in Milan on the way back.
It now looks like Alitalia will honour the tickets, so if anyone has any thoughts about interesting stuff to do in either place, I’m open. I’ll be on the Greek (south) portion of Cyprus, and would love to see anyting and everything aincent Greek. Staying in Limassol, at a hotel on a beach, and I could just go for three days of sitting there reading, but temples and baths and such would also be cool.
As for Milan, I’ll do the Duomo (sp?), but don’t have any other concrete ideas.
Thoughts/suggestions/ideas?
