Weigh-in today, 4/13: 358. Down 6 total this month. 4 to go.
Last night I was 193 at the gym. Wore more clothes than normal :hoping: -3 lb loss.
I’ll try to go through the whole thread and list the progress of everyone participating on the 15th, since we should have lost 5 pounds.
Weighing in today: 27.0012466 cloves - equivalent to 189 pounds - 4 pounds down this week; 10 pounds down in total! I’ve done it!

I’m now at 207 pounds, 3 pounds total lost. Obviously I’m not trying hard enough.
Thanks; I am expecting the curve to flatten off a bit from now; I have been working really hard (probably a bit too hard) on it; On Wednesday I took the family to a pizza restaurant for lunch and I took the buffet option, ending up eating a huge heap of salad, but also four slices of pizza, some garlic bread and a pile of pasta too, oh and all the gooey dressings on the salad - racked with guilt, I went to the pool that evening and swam a mile. (which seemed to do the trick, because I still lost weight that day and the next).
After two whole weeks I’m the same (145), but ummmm, maybe I’ve lost fat and gained muscle? I’ve been absolutely great about going to the gym, missing only once when I was too sick to go. It really helps to know that if I miss a day, my friend, who owns the gym, will ask where I’ve been.
Maybe next week I’ll show a loss. If not, well, I’m going to start thinking about which vital organ I won’t miss. A kidney would be good for a couple of pounds, right?
I’m down to 283 from 285 last week and 290 at the start.
Three more pounds in two weeks.
Lost 6 lbs. in 2 weeks. Here’s hoping that all stays off. Down to 160.

Just lost my 10 lbs in April. Might have helped that a cold killed my appetite, but I’ll take it.

As of yesterday, I weighed in at 211. 2 pounds lost.
Considering I’m on vacation and had thought I’d actually gain weight this month–I think I’m doing ok.
Still at 191 a week later. I have been lifting weights though so maybe I’m just replacing fat with muscle. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
I’m still bouncing around at 181/182.
I think my scale is mocking me.
I’m at 200 down from an intial 204.
I suppose this is ok for the halfway point, but can you believe my manager just brought in a tray of donuts for the team.
This is going to remain hard work.
Will you guys be having a May Edition? With my exams coming up I can’t really permit myself to go for hour-long workouts.
I’ll be keeping this up through May; I have another stone (14 pounds) to lose before I reach my target weight.
I haven’t checked in for a couple Fridays… mostly because, as usual, my weight has not changed. Holding steady at 128. Will probably not make that whole 10 pounds in a month thing, since I seem to be losing about 0.75 pounds per month. I’ll catch up to you all in about a year, I guess!
I am happy to report a grand one pound loss as of yesterday morning. The scale needle is teetering and might just move over to 143 by this friday. That is, if I can keep my hands off the licorice. There are a lot more calories in that stuff than I thought, but I lurve it so.
