Well while your here, rlo, perhaps you’ll riddle me this:
In the UK, it’s legal but against Casino rules to use timing equipment at roulette wheels. I’ve been told it’s actually illegal under Nevada State law to use same – is that the case and do you know if that is also the case in all other US States with Casino’s ?
