I was reading pc mag back to school article and one of the editor’s choices was the Velocity Micro B50 Campus Edition

Two questions:
Does anyone have an opinion about this laptop/company?
what “name brand” laptop is closest to this in specifications?
Note that I’m not going back to school, and hardly go anywhere, which is why I’m not really looking for a laptop. But sometimes I like researching* tech products (I looked at GPSes for years b4 buying one)
Interesting that when I 1st looked, the campus edition was unconfigurable, but now one can change a few of the options.
