I'm seeing it all over the net: "Ichbinschönarschgefickedigkeit". WTF?

The only thing I ever learned how to say in german is:
Eich bin einin donut schlumpen.

[spelling is probably screwy, but in case it’s unreadable it means “I am a donut slut”]
