Universities are sensible? Since when! They’ve always been crazy, illogical, and dangerous. At least, I thought so. I agree, though. Teaching kids to make viruses isn’t the wisest thing in the world. Teaching them about programs used to make viruses might be a good idea, if they’re training to fight them. It does help to know how something is created to destroy it. But still. Doing it in the manner they are, is indeed quite dangerous.
