I'm the only one I know who watches...

The Dead Zone. I think it’s on USA Network on cable. Love it! Love it! Love it!

My wife and I are the only folks we know who watch Scrubs. we miss it a lot cause the kids don’t cooperate, but we watch it as often as we can.

One of my brothers is a fan, now that I think about it. And my other brother watches it with his wife so they can laugh at us. They just don’t get it.

I bet I’m the big winner here. Every night I religeously (tee hee!) watch Benny Hinn on the Inspiration Channel or whatever it’s called. He’s a “faith healer” that “heals” people of their various maladies by touching their face or waving at them or whatever which leads them to fall down and convulse. He’s such a prick; he wears a white gui (? the martial arts shirt/coat ) and is constantly encouraging the audience to “Give the lort a mighty hand” and to praise “Jaysus”.

He’s coming to Greenville in two weeks from today and I’m probably going to go. I want to see the trickery first hand.

Black Books - does no one else in the world watch Black Books? I think I’m the only one.

Me TOO! Dontcha just love Food 911! Especially the one’s where Tyler is around anything alcoholic? His nose gets redder and his eyes more bleary throughout the episode. Just Love It.

and " ‘Ello, mah nim ees Jaques Torres, an’ I weel be doin’ dings wid shahkolaht dat yu can NE-VAH doo." Love him too.

30-minute Meals is good - but I avoid Emeril, Bobby, Wolfgand, and Martha at all costs.

The Dead Zone was my favorite T.V. series of the past season. New episodes start July 6!

Also, if you’re interested in finding other Dead Zone fans, the show has a forum at Television without Pity.

It used to be awfully hard for me to find fellow fans of MTV’s Tough Enough.

I’ve seen some of the cartoons, but I didn’t notice that. How did that come across? I’m not sure I like that. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m the only one I know who religously watches HBO’s The Wire . I think it may be the best crime drama I’ve ever seen, yet only a few critics and I seem to know it. Sadly, you have to see every episode, so you’ll be lost coming in late.

It also has a terrible, terrible name. The Wire indeed. All those creative types at HBO and that’s the best they can do?

Pretty much everything I watch, since most/all of my friends don’t watch TV. Snobby bastards. If it weren’t for the SDMB couch potato brigade I would think that I was the only one in the world who watches anything that I do.

One that I think even the SDMBCPB has missed out on is the World Poker Tour on The Travel Channel. High-stakes Texas no-limit hold 'em poker tournaments featuring world-class players, commentary by, of all people, Vince Van Patten. I love how he and his co-host talk in poker slang and then little pop-up boxes appear translating from poker to English. Sometimes, though, Vince stumps the band, like last night he described a J-5 as the “Motown hand.” Jacks ‘n’ 5…Jackson Five.

I know I’m not alone - Smallville -
its got everything a spaceship, beautiful women, evil bad guy, even badder bad guy, a coffee shop and the guy from the duke boys. All summer to wait… ahhrggg

How about Da’ Ali show on HBO. Funny, Offensive a delight for bellends like us.

This is so embarrassing.

I think I’m one of like ten people on the planet who devotedly tuned into the Glen Larson turkey Automan back in the early 80’s. There were only thirteen episodes produced; the last one was never broadcast, such a hurry the network was in to cancel it. I actually shelled out money for shooting scripts and the theme song sheet music.

I’ll just go back to my rock now. Wow, it’s so nice and cool and comfy under here.

And that’s the bottom line, I watched DC and Roswell too (although, I’ve yet to see the last three episodes of Roswell.) Along with Felicity

I got the impression from seeing ads for in the TVGuide for the first time recently that it only started airing about a week ago; I see from TV Tome that it’s already been on a year! OTOH, I don’t get HBO, so I haven’t heard of it from commercials or anything similar.

I feel like the only one watching The District. And(confining only to mean “amongst folks on the SD”) I feel like the only Everwood watcher, too.

I watched it every weekday before school.

my list (only counting people IRL)
“Good Eats”
“Whose Line is it Anyway?” (US)
“L&O:SVU”
“Fox News Watch”
“Washington Week in Review”

past shows
“Head of the Class”
“Mr. Beveldere”
“Just the Ten of Us”

Well, your brother may not get it but I do. I love Scrubs. Sometimes I think Dr. Cox is that little voice inside my head. If I wasn’t so skilled at biting my tongue for the sake of manners, professionalism or whatever other excuse we use for not saying what we’re really thinking, I’d probably sound a lot like him. And the janitor, [who if I’m not mistaken does not have a name] is just priceless!

Does anybody else watch Lucky on FX. I think it’s one of the funniest things on TV lately. I admit the whole talking to himself in the mirror thing is a bit tired, but John Corbett manages to pull it off.

I also love Ed, but very few people I’ve spoken to about it have ever watched it.

Up until recently, I was the only person I knew that had ever followed the British Channel 4’s superb Spaced series. Most people have never even heard of it, which is a damn shame.

Trauma, Life in the E R. and The New Detectives. My BIL won’t watch trauma, it’s too gory. Yet he watches Fear Factor.

You are not alone. I am absolutely addicted to that show. It is amazing how dramatic watching poker can be. You have to get to the understanding that at this level of play the element of luck is greatly reduced.

I met Andy Bloch a couple of weeks ago. He is a regular on the tour and was in a couple of episodes so far this season. Let me tell you the people who play this game are bright, to say the least. Andy has a law degree from Harvard and a Masters from MIT. He uses game theory to find an edge over the other players.

Please keep watching. If this show doesn’t get renewed for a second season I will be distraught.

I watch Scrubs and consider it my favorite show on network TV. I just wish they hadn’t preempted it duriing May Sweeps for extra episodes of Friends, then when they finally brought it back tonight it was a rerun, from last season I think.

Lucky I enjoy but it’s not required viewing for me. I usually catch it during one of the replays on weekends, since I know it will be better than the usual dreck on TV then. Corbett is very good, as is Ever Carradine.
