Marcus Junior is just recovering from glandular fever and has insisted on returning to university – six weeks before the end of year exams is not a good time to be away!
Does anybody have any suggestions for specific foods that will boost his immune system and speed his recovery? Mrs Marcus is looking for ideas – types of fruit, vegetables, nuts… – that he can get in. He can cook but he’s not likely to do anything too complicated so fresh food are best.
