He has been a bit more circumspect in this thread, where he knows he will be called out on it, but observe his earlier posts back in that other thread. My own observations are in italics prior to each one.

Kedikat informs us that the Russians have been very, very careful not to cause civilian casualties. (They have definitely not bombed apartment buildings, hospitals, and even children’s shelters. Definitely not!)
Anything Russia does is justified:
