Choke LOL!
I can just picture it… However, they are NOT nameless. All cats have three names; what you name them, what they call each other, and a secret one known only to themselves.

Aaaaargh, I can’t use Loki it’s too similar to Lucy and that last really fits her well.
Watson is a good one though.
Of course - the last of these three is the only one that they will respond to!!
I have three temporary kittens right now and have only just decided on their names after 3 weeks - I believe that the names have to “speak to me” from within the kitty, and that sometimes takes a while. The first one I named several days ago - “SueBee Honey,” because she is striped and is always purring and buzzing around like a sweet little honey bee. The boy is “Julio Van Winkle” and the other girl is “Clothilde” (with another word still trying to make itself known). I can’t explain it; the names just are inside them and waiting to make their way out. I tried out lots of other possibilities but they just weren’t right.
Eventually your kittens will reveal their true names too.
P.S. I am SO pleased to read that you have been able to neuter these ferals. I run a TNVR program and it is so worth the money to know that no more new kittens will be born.
