I got a slow cooker for Christmas, but have no idea what to do with it. Any favorite recipes to share? I’d prefer recipes that are vegetarian and acceptable to young kids who are moderately picky. Thanks!
Chiming in to say if folks have suggestions for lower-fat versions of crockpot classics, please share! I’m thinking chowder, beef stew, etc.–comfort foods.
