Unrelated, but contemporaries, in the main universe. Wolverine has a half brother named Dog Logan, who seems to have been combined with Sabretooth in the X-Men film universe.
Sabretooth’s only familial connection to the X-Men is second hand - he had a son by Mystique (Graydon Creed) who is also the mother of Nightcrawler and foster mother of Rogue. (Graydon hated mutants, due to the fact that his parents were mutants who abandoned him. It’s clear the dude was not entirely stable.)
Wolverine’s got a raft of superpowered relatives - a buttload of children by various women and cloning efforts, the aforementioned Dog, James Hudson (his Alpha Force teammate) - but Sabretooth isn’t one of them.
In the Ultimate universe, unless it’s since been retconned (which I doubt, since I’m pretty sure both are dead), Wolverine was Sabretooth’s father.
Uh, what? James MacDonald Hudson was married to Heather in the mainline continuity, but who’s “Jimmy”? (I thought Hudson was called “Jamie” but Wikipedia sez “Mac.” I dunno, when I was reading Alpha Flight he was presumed dead.)
ETA: Oh, wait. Wolverine’s kid. I can read so well.
OK, let’s add some stuff. Magneto’s other daughter is Lorna Dane, a.k.a. “Polaris.” Actually a double retcon. She was not Magneto’s daughter for a long time in the comics, then was again.
Mar-Vell (the Captain Marvel who died of cancer) has at least two kids, who keep changing their noms de guerre: Genis and Phyla. And he had more odd relationships than I can describe in the edit window.
And I’m probably the only person who finds it terribly amusing that Marvel has two separate characters named “Polaris” and “Northstar”. Now they just need one named “alpha UMi”.
Poor Mystique…It’s a good thing she can alter her body because she’s had so many kids by now…
In the current All-New X-men stories, there’s a guy called Xavier. The offspring of Charles Xavier and Mystique (she disguised herself it seems) and also Raze. The child of Wolverine and Mystique.
In non-mutant relations; Captain America had Peggy Carter during the war and then after being defrosted met Sharon Carter (both in the movies and the comics)
Peggy and Sharon are related though over the years (as Cap woke up later) the connection changed from aunt to great-great-great-aunt and such.
Batman had a child named Damian Wayne by Talia Shire, daughter of Ras al-Ghul.
Aquaman has had at least one child, maybe two.
Pre-Flashpoint, Green Arrow had one child, Conner Hawke, who became Green Arrow for awhile.
The Scarlet Witch and the Vision have two kids. Maybe. Since he’s an android and she was told the children are products of her imagination plus magic, it’s uncertain. However, if they are, then they’re the superheroes Wiccan and Speed.
The Hulk has two kids.
In a future time the Wasp has a child by Havok, brother to Cyclops.
During Mike Grell’s run on Green Arrow he had a kid with Shado. I don’t think it’s mentioned anymore because Grell aged GA in real-time and clearly stated Ollie was 44 at the time. For any sort of teen-hero archer to show up, you’d have to age him into his 60s to be consistent. The tv show throws all of that out.
C’mon, we all know he’s not going to stay dead. He’s already been cloned and dropped in the Lazarus Pit. Comic book characters have risen from the dead with lots less effort than that. I think some of them have been resurrected by a favorable breeze.
*"Ultimate Scarlet Witch and Ultimate Quicksilver.
I’m going to eschew the snark here and simply explain what happened in the comics.
1.) In the series Ultimates 3, Wolverine sleeps with Magneto’s lover, Magda.
2.) Magda gives birth to Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, who could very well be Wolverine’s kids.
3.) Scarlet Witch consummates an incestuous love affair with her brother, Quicksilver. Wolverine watches from the underbrush.
In sum, Ultimate Wolverine watched his (possible) children have sex with each other…from under a hedge. Cold hard fact. Greek tragedy probably has a term for this, but it’s just eluding me.*"
I’m convinced it’s all part of Brian Bendis’ secret plan to destroy the X-Men comics.
But yeah, Mystique currently has had at least four children (Nightcrawler with Azazel, Graydon with Sabretooth, Raze with Wolverine and Xavier with Xavier).
Sabretooth is unrelated to Wolverine in the comics. Chris Claremont originally intended for Sabretooth to be Wolverine’s father, but Wolverine Origin later showed this to not be the case.
Not anything to do with anything, but back in the day I just LOVED the Inhumans. And Wanda and Pietro, he had an actual ‘power’ and hers was so…vague. I thought they were alway a bit TOO close, linked by hardship/trauma, whatever. (and she had the silliest superhero costume ever. what was that???)
I sometimes wondered, if you were super-hero types, with awesome powerz, what is dating and marriage and childbirth LIKE for you? If you can jump in your intergalactic spacecraft and fight off eaters of planets and destroyers of worlds, do you spend your off-time mooning over that cute fellow mutant you’ve seen in the hallways of Mutant U? Do you go to Nordstroms and shop for a prom gown? Do you go out on a date with Cyclops? Where- the movies? Out drinking at the local pub?.. Marriage: OK, there is a marriage in the works, do you have mom and dad and siblings and 100 relatives? Suppose your dad is Joe Lunchbox who drinks a 6-pack when he comes home from work while watching Fox News. How do you introduce your beloved and his relatives (if he even has any, if they live on this planet/dimension at all!) Does your mom get together with your superhero’s mom? Does SHE have powerz?d Do you go out and buy a gown with your bridesmaids? Are they all superheroes/mutants, or are there some civilians in there? How about your cousin Rita, who’s a kindergarten teacher in Boca Raton, Florida? How will she fit in?..Childbirth: do you belong to a medical group? Do you have to sign in at the North Medical Center and see Dr. Bruce Schliplitz to take a look at whatever is gestating in there? Does Cyclops or Dr. Reed Richards or whoever go with you on appointments? What if your S/O is alway off fighting for the fate of the planet? What happens when you go into labor? Does the second tier superheroes buddies, do they take you to the hospital or something? What about your mom? Then there’s the baptism - do you superhero types belong to a church? Do you GO to church? How about the bar mitzvah later, or the first communion or confirmation? what if you can’t make it, being off fighting villains… What happens if the marriage doesn’t work out, and there’s a divorce? (Oy! call a hundred lawyers!) … Too many questions! I don’t know that “normal” and “superhero comic book people” can co-exist.
