In what country do you live?

For tax purposes, in Spain.

I’m currently spending most nights in Sweden.

In Thailand, but I’m from Uruguay.

Melbourne. Australia. Born UK

Me likewise (though it’s sunny as I type this). If appropriate to this thread – I’m a lifelong UK citizen, of the English variety.

The list so far:

I’m glad you posted now, we might not have another Doper in Switzerland!

Good enough for me, I’m adding both countries to the list.

Absolutely appropriate. People should free to post whatever they want about where they live now and where they’ve lived in the past. I enjoy hearing about all the interesting places people have lived. I’ll only add the country where you live now to the list, however.

Canada, but born in the UK.

Cayman Islands - an overseas Territory of the U.K.

Ireland

Spanish-born, living since Jan. 1999 in The Netherlands.

Israel.

Specifically, midtown Tel Aviv, near the Cinematheque.

I did a lookup on Antonius Block not long ago and it would appear he may still be active. He did all the work in that old thread and might be approachable to redo his thing.

In any case, you’re doing a good thing, Bumbershoot, and it’s good to know how widespread the SDMB base is. Tally Ho!

Paris, France.

About 25 miles west of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Cologne, Germany

Scotland, just slightly north of the middle bit.

Another USAian, at least to the degree Miami can be counted as part of the USA.

I really posted just to say that like our esteemed Colibri, I too have lived in Panama, Panama, Panama. As did my then girlfriend, now wife.

So, do you have dual citizenship?
(US for me, too).
