Great Debates (people just never let anything go in there)
Has anyone in history used the little <<previous thread | next thread >> thing down at the bottom? Seems like a daringly random way to go about it.
I hit the “new posts” link and just browse the results.
I thought I was pretty left brained, but I don’t even have an order.
I open “Main” and hit the most interesting of the thread previews there, read that thread and then browse topics in that forum to see what else there is, repeat until there is no thread that catches my eye in “Main.” Then I think, “What do I feel like?” and usually end up in GQ, MPSIMS, IMHO, or the Pit, depending on how I feel right then.

I very rarely go in any other forums
I just use the New Posts function and browse all of them in order, regardless of forum.
You know back when I was just a browser I would alternate among the main forums, one for each day of the week. A week between visits to each forum assured that I would always have a lot of new conversations to read and it was an enjoyable daily routine.
Now that things are free again I’ve decided to start jumping in here and there, so I better not stick to my old ways lest I get left out of some discussions I want to be a part of.
