Road Runner is having trouble accessing certain sites due to an internet backbone feud. I found out I couldn’t access my baby pictures, where I used Photobucket to host the pics: http://home.hawaii.rr.com/hubbardm/

This site discusses the feud limiting access. And then I got this letter
from Road Runner:
Dear Michael,
I understand that you cannot connect with a Cogent Networks customer. I
can certainly address this issue for you.
Currently, Road Runner customers cannot connect to any web sites hosted
on Level 3 / Cogent servers. This is due to major network restructuring
being performed by Cogent and sites that are hosted on their network are
not accessible at this time from the Road Runner network because of a
routing issue. These sites should become available again when the
restructuring is complete. Our network operations center has contacted
Cogent and informed them of this issue. At this time, we have not been
given an estimated time of repair.
