Inappropriate combinations of TV programs and ads

Well, there was that one time that Riley happened to show up at a vampire hostage situation just because he was late for church (vampires were holding the congregation hostage)… but yeah, kind of an odd combo there.

If Christians didn’t watch TV that depict people doing sinful things, they wouldn’t get to watch TV at all. It’s pretty easy to lump all the rest of that stuff in with the fantasy. Plus it gave us an excuse to look at hot women. (I personally prefered charmed.)

And, honestly, I think fundies already have a mind for the fantastic. What makes them so scared of magical stuff is that it’s so appealing to them, yet they believe it’s wrong.

The first time Schindler’s List was shown on network TV, it was sponsored by Ford Motor Company. You know, that company founded by vicious Jew-hater Henry Ford.

I just saw an ad for penis pumps during a local rerun of The Cosby Show. Talk about a pudding pop!
