Why the quotes? I surely had murder in my heart.
Night 1: Zeriel - I had thought I failed because I didn’t follow the exact PM format
Night 2: Gryff
Night 3: Bill
Night 4: Zeriel again - I hate playing with other “Z” people!

Forgot to put my list in:
Night 1: Mahalot
Night 2: TexCat
Night 3: Zsofia (sorry)
Night 4: Freudian Slit
We need more data - I’d like to at least feel like we “won” by figuring out the hidden rules.
Current vote count:
Zsofia (1): BillMC
BillMC (1): Zsofia
Not Voting: DiggitCamara, Zeriel
As of now Zsofia will by lynched at Dusk.
We do have some more data.
Nanook “killed” either peeker or NormalPhase during Night 1, and tried to “kill” Freudian Slit during Night 2.
ColdPhoenix “killed” NormalPhase during Night 1, TexCat on Night 2 and Mahaloth the third Night.
Maybe this will draw out BillMC
Vote BillMC
So maybe it was random, a set number of kills?
It might. However, it also might have been that anyone who received at least 2 “Kill” votes was, effectively, lynched. We only have a subset of the actual data, but I think my theory, so far can’t be ruled out.
I’m Zeriel, and I’m a murderous psychopath.
Most of my kill attempts “went through”.
Also, I wonder if it wasn’t so much a “pseudo-lynch” as “everyone is protected, so you need to double up on kills to actually night-kill”.
If so, this game is still at least SEMI-interesting.
vote Zsofia
The evidence is far from conclusive. But (unless BillMC drops in and adds to it), my working hypothesis has still not been refuted.
Further action (unless BillMC refutes any of these points):
… and we wait to see what happens…
Current vote count:
BillMC (2): Zsofia, DiggitCamara
Zsofia (2): BillMC, Zeriel

Oohh, a tie. Nifty.
I will concur to killing in alphabetical order in wrap-around tonight to force a “tie” to see what happens.
It could have been as simple as “anybody who didn’t have a “rebound kill” died”, couldn’t it?
Huh? (Care to elaborate?)
I kill you and you kill me, nobody dies. We both kill somebody else and he kills somebody other than us, and he dies. In other words, it might be a little more complex.
Perfectly valid hypothesis. But we don’t have enough data to prove it. And, since it’s a bit more complex than my (and Zeriel’s) hypothesis, I prefer to use one of those as a start.
Anyhow, all three hypothesis would yield the same result if used toNight: no Night Kills.
Actually I am going to disagree with you. The game still has to have town v 3rd party or town v scum, so the reveals cannot be bullshit. My belief, which is kinda borne out by Normal’s post, is that the PM’s we have are dubious at best.
There is no “winner” by figuring out the mechanism. While we may all have SK PM’s as Normal suggested, NO ONE has flipped SK.
So my theory is that it is still town vs scum, and all the town have been given SK PM’s.
So my “kills” have been for:
N1 - Mahaloth
N2 - Freudian
N3 - AllWalker
N4 - Freudian
So one of the NK’s is from our pseudo-kill-vote; the other is from the scum. With only one NK last night, I suspect the scum needed 2 scum to be alive for their direct kill.
So my analysis and vote above still stands, I think you are scummy Zsofia
How do you figure there had to be a kill by scum?
And, if you’re right, scum can’t actually win anymore, can they?
Finally: Your N1 “kill” invalidates my hypothesis anyhow (at least two of us voted for Mahaloth). Alternate hypothesis: the vote leader got killed, the second if there was a tie, two got killed/The first two vote-getters got killed
