I had a delicious dish once at a friend’s home-it was a stew of lamb, with coconut, and pistachio nuts, in a yoghurt/cream sauce. The ingredients were cooked for a very long time, in a sealed pot.
I cannot seem to find this recipe-anyone know what it might be?
