Ingrid Bergman was the loveliest actress of Old Hollywood.

Maureen O’Hara was the loveliest imo.

How about Linda Stirling?

How about Olive Borden, the It Girl?

Yep, with pictures

So, lately I’ve been seeing a clickbait ad, something along the lines of “We bet you can’t identify these movies just from a picture of the main character!”

Well, I’m no film buff, but even I recognize Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly, from Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

I love Audrey Hepburn too. I caught a little of Funny Face not too long ago - her Bohemian Dance scene just does something to me.

My vote goes to Jennifer Jones.

She played the wife of the middle-aged Marine sergeant with two grown children in The Best Years of Our Lives. Try as I might, I could not see her as a MILF. She was still incredibly hot in 1946, at least as much as Virginia Mayo in the same flick.

I adore many of the actresses named above, but this photo of Jean Peters really does it for me. She was gorgeous in Captain from Castile (1947).

Those eyes, that nose, those full lips, that little pout. The shape of her face is perfect, and her eyebrows are just right. She’s the kind of girl I always fall head over heels in love with. :o

Now hold on, hold on, don’t jump to conclusions. But I’m saying Shirley Temple.

As a young woman.

Speaking of Virginia Mayo:

Hubba-hubba! :o

I think Joi Lansing falls under the 1960 limit. I remember being incredibly turned on seeing her as Mrs Superman opposite George Reeves:
