It appears that you are indeed afraid to answer it. i bet you hoped against hope that their fame and fortune would somehow rub off on you, or worser still that people would think that you have something to say. i do believe that you as well cannot see the forest for the trees. As a public service i will dumb it down, that is my reasoning, for you. Let’s pretend that i am one of those fortunate few, those who managed to come to these boards in the very beginning, quickly get labelled as a “regular” and all that happy sh*t. Now let’s suppose some more that i choose the name… errrrr… monkee. (Please don’t laugh) Now let’s suppose that even though i don’t know a musical note from a sewage treatment plant and vice versa, i happily use this name until it no longer suits me. Now here comes the tricky part. (Again, please don’t laugh). Let’s suppose that the mods are extremely generous and allow me to change my name… oh let’s say something radical like…errrr…Davey Jones. And true to form when asked i emphatically deny that the group The Monkees or my narcissist fascination with them, any sort of offhand connection, or worse yet what they actually represent in my mind anyway, has anything whatsoever to do with my selection of user names. And to top it off, i will brazenly declare my questioners as being quite mad, and of course there will be those that agree with him, hook line and sinker.

You (or someone who represented you) walked by and someone else said, “There’s beatle.” I replied, “No, he’s Ringo now” and we then went on with the regularly scheduled dream. You were a fairly tall, slim young man with shaggy, medium-length sandy brown hair.
And dragonfly98, I have no idea what you’re prattling on about, but if we’re all in for deep questioning about our usernames, I’m in trouble, aren’t I? Or is this one of those grudge things that always seem to go right over my head?
