Does Charles Krauthammer, seen on the PBS program Inside Washington, have a speech impediment? I used to (still do a little) stutter, and sometimes he sounds like I do now since I learned the “cure”. Most obvious is an occasional doubling of the initial consonant of a word.

I think he is using a diaphramatic breathing technique because of his quadriplegia.
I didn’t know about that. That sucks.
