Insomnia much?

Who else here suffers from it?
I can honestly say I rarely go to bed at any time before 10pm. My body is just used to staying up late. My usual time to go to beddy bye is about 1am or 2…but sometimes I’ll find myself staying awake until 3 or 4.

I don’t sleep in though. I’m usually up by 9 or so even on the days I go to bed in the far reaches of the early morning.

Usually I spend this time reading.

I definitely do. I learned long ago to be constructive and get things done for the following day. Also, I trained my body with the help of my wife to be able to get to bed by 11 p.m. most days. Yoga and cutting sugar out of my diet also helped.

Depends on what you consider insomnia.

If it’s just the lack of ability to go to sleep then, no, not really. But if you widen it to include not being able to fall asleep at night like you want to and never being able to get a full, uninterrupted, eight hours, then yes.

I don’t think I’ve ever slept more than three hours without waking up unless I was heavily medicated.
