Damnit. And here I thought this was giong to be about posters inspiring people to sign up for the war. And I was going to post this one.
I have that poster. It’s ironic because I’m a female and I was in the Navy.

Clearly, that guy lives close-by to where that happened, and it was also the night of his prom. He saw the UPS truck in the river, had his tux on, and in an effort to purposely make a confusing image, grabbed his mom’s sewing machine and had his date snap a picture of it.
