Okay so one of my managers sent me an e-mail from one of our new clients and she was rather disappointed in me (not angry mind you, but she didn’t think I did all that I could do for her). Anyhow, my manager seems to have done the proper damage control and I will meet with her next month to finish up the job. Anyhow, I am going to do the BEST JOB for her and take very good care of her. However she now may have an unpleasant association with me. So here is my question: could any of you please share some personal stories with me when you may have dropped the ball in a situation (as I did) and then went in expecting the worst but in the end you and everybody else came out happy?
