This may not be enough to go on, but there’s a song that often gets played on commercials whenever they want to invoke a sixties feel. Its texture is dominated by an organ, and I think it’s got the standard 12-bar blues changes. Any guesses of the artist/title would be appreciated. Thanks.
I’ll guess Green Onions by Booker T & the MGs.
Or 96 teardrops by Q & the mysterions. Or light my fire by The Doors.
I’ll second Green Onions…if it is basically a rather slow bouncy organ riff.
96 Tears is sort of faster, with what I think are alternatining appreggios and choppy organ chords.
It’s sort of hard to verbally describe music isn’t it?
Green Onions was the song I was thinking of.
Thanks loads!
