I just started listening, and do feel a little more relaxed. My belief is that any improvement is worth sharing it to others
But I’d like your feedback. Maybe there’s other videos you know about that might work best for others?

Thanks for sharing.
I haven’t got any particular links or videos to upload, but for me, it’s kind of the opposite psyche. To rid myself of stress or anxiety, I have to watch something that’s active, thumping or rousing in order to “purge” myself of tension. Such as watching a game-winning touchdown, or buzzer-beating 3-pointer, or something with pulsing action.
I’ve listened to those audio before without much effect, but yesterday was different. Maybe everything was just aligned perfectly… Tonight I’ll watch the first half of my home-team, and part of it is because I can’t get too excited and then sleep, and usually watch the same black and white western sitcom every single night (Wanted: Dead or Alive with Steve McQueen) until I feel drowsy. Also, it gives me the second half to start up the next morning, especially when I woke up at 4am, some kind of “reward”
“Wanted: Dead or Alive” is a sitcom? Maybe the BaaBaa the sheep episode…

So relaxing, aaahhhh…
I like videos like these, too, MortSahlFan.
A few months ago, I suffered from some attacks of vertigo. They were frightening and disorienting. As long as I didn’t move the vertigo wasn’t active, and as I laid alone in bed feeling scared and anxious, I played videos like these while lying on my side waiting to feel better. They soothed me down considerably.
I can imagine that if I had an even more frightening affliction, these would be helpful therapy to calm anxiety.
These would work way better than my current practice of yelling “Serenity Now!” into crowded public spaces.
