Blurf. Off to school in a bit. They want to give me a diploma for something or other. Nice, I suppose. 
Not really sure what it’s for, as I thought I was done with that class.
Then I plan to come home and get a few things done before going off to the Fringe Festival tonight.
One cannot argue with that. 
Is a Fringe Festival where you binge watch all five seasons? or where everyone dresses like flappers and hippies?
I had my inside-out dream once again last night, the one where I go to a class all semester, then blow off the final.
I just can’t dream anything right. :smack:
I read this as Fridge Festival and thought it was interesting that you’d celebrate a large kitchen appliance. 
I spent nearly 2 hours grubbing and I’m exhausted, and sweaty, despite taking a cool shower. I pulled up vines, nipped down saplings, raked, gathered downed sticks, then mowed what was left, including poison ivy. I was wearing gloves and I think my arms were OK, but I might have brushed my legs against the poison. We shall see.
Now the front hill looks better than it has in eons, so yay! If it’s cool enough in the morning, I’ll move some more lilies - maybe I can get them all moved. That would be great. Meanwhile, I’m going to chill for a bit and drink my purple over ice.

With the time zone change, I’m thinking your surgery is in 41 minutes. Good thoughts for you for a successful procedure with excellent healing.

We have had so. much. rain. here. Y’all down South want any more? I am going to grow mold or sprout toadstools at this rate. Bad enough that we shiver and freeze all winter; now it’s chilly and rainy in the summer too :mad:
I need a Kentucky coffee, time off work, and a pile of good books to read on the couch or, if the ^&*$ rain would ever stop, out on the porch swing.
Howdy Y’all! We are in a heat advisory again. the NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE (I always say NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE in an ominous tone of voice) has advised us to “stay in an air conditioning.” I’m not really sure what the NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE wants me to do.
Cooled down, relaxed, been watching TV. I’ve lunched and I’ve crocheted.
Back to NCIS.

A Fringe Festival is where individuals and smaller theatre companies put on plays, concerts, and other theatre-type performances. Just about anything can get accepted into a Fringe Festival, so you never know what sort of things might be playing year-to-year.
Howdy all! Have not read. Irk is cutting into my dope time.
I am at irk as usual.i stopped at the vet with Lucky Louie to have have him take a look at a little lump on Lou’s chest. Pretty sure it is nothing but he did surgery then and there to remove lump and since he was going to out I had his teeth cleaned. He was overdue for a teeth cleaning anyway.
Now he is with me at irk, sleeping it off. He has a pretty nice incision with staples on his chest and clean teeth. The bill was $756. I nearly fell out. Anything for my baby. The lump is being sent to pathology. Please keep good thoughts that it is nothing serious.

I hope Louie’s lump was just one of the usual Chihuahua cysts, butters.
It’s been a productive day so far. Looking at getting some rain from Bill within the next two or three days.
White light to Louie. But we are suckers for our anipals. I had Bob the Wonder Pony’s joints injected a few years back. The bill was $6 less than his original purchase price.
