As I was circumcised shortly after my birth, I have no idea what it feels like to have a sexual experience with a foreskin. I’m curious to hear directly from intact males whether they value this part of their body.
It’s kind of an odd question because, just like you, we wouldn’t know any different either. It’s probably best asked of people who were intact but had to get snipped as adults for some reason.
Anyway, my guess is that it’s not much different during intercourse (maybe more sensitive?) because the foreskin mostly stays out of the way then anyway. (I can’t believe I’m about to write the next sentence) I appreciate it when I’m all alone, though, because it’s a nice, built-in, uh, warm skin wrap, that blush really feels right when shuffles feet it’s moving back and forth. I don’t even know how you guys work it out – it’s just too sensitive for the relatively rough skin on my hands.
I suspect this isn’t really the case. Like any other part of the skin, one might expect it to get tougher and less sensitive if it’s exposed all the time, just like your face or any other exposed body part. I suspect this is the standard argument by cut guys who wish they weren’t. Thus, I suspect that any guy who gets clipped as an adult will experience it differently than, say, a guy who got snipped at age 8 days.
And aside from that, he’s right that nobody can really have a way to compare.
I’ve had a few patients who needed circumcision as adults, due to progressive phimosis. They uniformly reported that after the procedure they were much more sensitive, but soon got used to it. All 3 or 4 of them. So take it for what it’s worth.
I’m sure those that got it caught in their zipper don’t!
I’m really quite fond of my foreskin, so that’d be a resounding yes.
Why? Well, a) it feels very nice indeed, and b) it does precisely what it’s supposed to do.
Yes, I thoroughly enjoy having a foreskin. It keeps the most important part of my penis sensitive, as it is intended to.
Back as a teenager I would sometimes go about my daily business with the 'skin retracted, just to know how it feels. Things would be unpleasantly chafy at first, but I would de-sensitize, after which I’d have trouble reaching orgasm, due to lack of sensation.
I went 35+ yrs before learning guys without foreskin need lotion to masturbate. For not needing that cost and hassle alone, I love it.
Says who?
My husband still has his foreskin, and it’s quite enjoyable for both of us.
Uh, my husband doesn’t need lotion.
- Intact males: Do you enjoy having a foreskin?

Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired, signifies in the final sense a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed.

I can’t help but wonder if your sig has anything to do with your OP.
mmm
I love my skin - it’s very comfortable and sensitive. When I am aroused, it becomes super nice to touch… females have it too. Sorry to sound crude, but when you play with the female foreskin, you can see how crazy your partner would become. I reckon it is almost the same feeling.
However, the downside is it stinks easily. It will stay moist with urine most of the day until you shower, and the dead skin that comes off accumulate and rot.
I was a soldier and when we go outfield without access to showers, it can get pretty bad…
So there you have it!
The glans has never done the trick for me (snipped here). Instead it’s the part in front, underneath, which is the “trigger,” for me at least.
I had mine chopped off at 19, and while it was overly sensitive (not in a good way) for a week or two, it soon felt normal.
The theory is that circumcised men feel less sensation during sex, but that’s just not true. Also masturbation is no different in terms of technique. As far as I’m aware - the differences are all positive; no smells, no build up of anything nasty, easier to clean, nicer for women, less chance of catching/passing on diseases/germs etc (all things being equal).
Most guys in the UK still have theirs, whereas I understand most guys in the US don’t? Both groups of men do alright… so I suspect either way, it’s not really a ‘thing’ for anyone to concern themselves with, medical conditions permitting.
No, I don’t. I have never had a problem with lack of sensitivity or over-sensitivity, and I have no problem (related to lack of foreskin) having an orgasm. My best guess is that the nerve endings are adjustable enough so that neither condition interferes with sexual activity.
Bear in mind that men are born with foreskins of a variety of lengths, from very short (i.e. you almost can’t tell whether they’re circumcised or not) to very long. Nature doesn’t seem to care that much.
One of my early LTR’s had phimosis (I didn’t know what to call it at the time, lacking an internet to look it up on). I didn’t know it would become progressive; we’ve long since lost touch so I can’t ask. Anyway, I wanted him to get snipped but he wouldn’t do it, afraid of the pain.
Sorry for the hijack, but can you elaborate on this procedure and how it goes for the patient, post-surgery?
I’m circumcised, and I had no idea there were who guys needed lotion to masturbate until I came across mentions of that on threads here. Never had a need of it myself.
