You sure it’s not just straight up self absorption, to the point of utter stagnation? Unhealthy self absorption sometimes accompanies some of the conditions you often mention. Something to think about, just sayin’, is all.
You have mentioned your mental issues multiple times in multiple threads and every time you say, “Why should I change? How do I know it will be better?” So you’re apparently satisfied with the status quo. So why do you keep bringing up these issues?

I found an internship when I could not find a paying job after I got my PhD.
